HELUKABEL at the Hannover Messe 2025

New trade show stand in hall 9 | Learn about our modular systems for drag chains

Pre-Assembled Drag Chain next to three Multispeed Cables

At the Hannover Messe 2025, the HELUKABEL Group is presenting electrical connection technology from a single source. From 31 March to 04 April, we are exhibiting our continuously growing portfolio of reliable energy and data transmission[MR1] solutions – for the first time in hall 9 at stand H55. Our portfolio includes cables and wires, high-quality drag chains and drag chain systems, and complete, pre-assembled, and installation-ready system modules.

At our stand, we will be presenting various products including drag chain cables from the HELUCHAIN MULTISPEED series, which are specifically designed for the high mechanical loads of drag chains. In order to cover the largest spectrum of applications, HELUKABEL offers MULTISPEED cables as a modular system in a number of diameters and with different plastic qualities including especially robust and abrasion-resistant TPE, bend-resistant PUR, and cost-effective and versatile PVC. With this selection, customers can find the optimal cable for every application and for every budget. The HELUCHAIN MULTISPEED series includes control and connection cables, single-core cables, as well as data cables. The complete product family is UL certified and is therefore suitable for international use.

At our stand, you can also learn more about our new generation of robust and easy-to-assemble drag chains. For customers, this means considerable time and money savings during installation without sacrificing stability or a high load strength, and a new design for the radial bend limiters means quieter operation. This is an all-around versatile and reliable addition to the HELUKABEL portfolio for energy transmission in mechanical and plant engineering.

The HELUKABEL modular system is rounded out by high-quality, industrial-grade cable assemblies for mechanical and plant engineering. These are available for all common drive and automation systems, as well as according to customer specifications. Furthermore, our subsidiary KABELMAT will be present. They are the developers of storage, winding, and cutting devices and machines for cables and wires, steel ropes, pipes, hoses, and moulding. You can also look forward to learning more about the innovative Aufmaster cable length measuring device and its accompanying software. The idea behind the system is to automatically measure and document cable cuts on the construction site. With this, electrical firms can save both time and money, as well as simplify project invoicing.
